Aimee Eckert of Relics Revisited earned her degree in theatre design and has loved creating art since childhood. She worked for several years at a New York City based entertainment design magazine before switching careers to teach middle school English. She spent some time collecting and restoring vintage fashion dolls and published a book on the subject in 2001. She has been designing one of a kind jewelry from found objects and ancient/antique designs for several years, selling her creations at festivals and boutiques. Aimee loves making something new and interesting out of something old and forgotten. She lives in southern New Jersey with her husband, twin daughters, 3 cats and one very plump dog!
